
Recipe Development
Each and every recipe prepared in the development kitchen is assessed by a tasting panel which always includes representatives from A Touch of Spice’s senior management and consumers. Once approved by the panel, the recipe is passed over to computer technology which will determine precise production quantities and costs. Only when the production team is completely satisfied with the product and its commercial viability, will samples be sent to customers for final approval.
At A Touch of Spice the emphasis is placed on using fresh ingredients, sauces developed in controlled conditions without the need for artificial colours, preservatives or flavourings. So specialist chefs using traditional recipes can create a truly authentic taste to suit modern day taste buds.
